4. Scheduling and Appointments
Customers may request or schedule services through the Website, by telephone, by email, by text message, or through third-party scheduling services used by Gen Sparkle Co.
An appointment is considered confirmed only after confirmation has been provided by Gen Sparkle Co. or its authorized scheduling provider.

Certain conditions may require specialized services, additional time, specialized equipment, or services from another provider.
Gen Sparkle Co. may decline to perform work involving hazardous materials, unsafe conditions, biohazards, pest infestations, excessive structural damage, or other conditions outside the normal scope of our services.
8. Pets and Animals
Customers must inform Gen Sparkle Co. if pets or other animals are present at the property when such information is relevant to providing the service safely.
Customers may be asked to secure animals during the service.
Gen Sparkle Co. may postpone or decline a service if an animal presents a reasonable safety concern to personnel.
9. Additional Services
Services not included in the original scope of work may require an additional charge.
Additional services will generally be performed only after the customer has been informed of the applicable additional charge and, when appropriate, has approved the additional work.
10. Cancellations and Rescheduling
